NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
The Track and Trace Specialist develops and maintains supportive relations with drivers, including addressing driver communications and providing required data to drivers. Additionally, he/she would collaborate with other departments to solve the daily problems faced by the driver.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of related work experience.
6 successful passes or more at CSEC or equivalent.
Excellent computer and administrative skills.
A strong work ethic.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Manage Solutions enterprise accounts from their accompanying Business Development Representatives and Enterprise Sales Managers.
Schedule appointments and input shipment details for all related loads.
Update internal and external portals with shipment details as needed.
Communicate daily with customers and related facilities to ensure that needs are met.
Track the progress of each shipment and communicate updates to all related parties.
Field all customer inquiries regarding shipment status.
Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and Enterprise Sales Managers to ensure accounts are being appropriately serviced.
Ensure all drivers are meeting the standards set by the client and management.
Responsible for coaching the driver in compliance with all safety regulations and company rules.
Provide feedback to internal and external clients that can enhance the performance or profitability of both entities.
Responsible for acquiring the confirmation of each carrier pertaining to their upcoming trips.
