Coordinate Delivery Operations: Oversee the day-to-day dispatching and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
Route Optimization: Utilize technology and software tools to optimize delivery routes, minimize delivery times, and maximize the efficiency of the delivery fleet.
Dispatching: Assign delivery drivers to incoming orders, taking into account driver availability, location, and workload, while ensuring fairness and balance.
Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor delivery progress, track driver locations, and address any potential issues or delays in real-time to ensure on-time deliveries.
