Agents will be required to log into our dialer systems and make outbound calls to a list of specified customers for an 8-hour shift (6am to 2pm).
Previous call center sales experience is not required but would be an asset.
CXC subjects are not required.
Agents will be required to have the following to be considered for this job:
**Excellent interpersonal skills.
**Excellent sales/negotiation skills.
*Noice cancellation headset is a MUST.
*Quiet/Private area to work-No background noise or distractions such as (loud talking, dogs, chickens, or noisy neighbors).
*Battery backup is a MUST.
*Stable internet connection over 10MBPS is a MUST.
*Clear voice and accent - Standard clear well spoken Guyanese accent.
*Excellent time management skills.
**Must show assertiveness, dedication and determination at all times**
Agents will be responsible for:
1) Speaking with customers directly to convert their WILLs service.
2) Confirming their information and documenting/updating customers' information in our systems.
