The Gas Station Supervisor will have to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the gas station, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise and lead a team of gas station attendants, providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering fuel and supplies as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
