Duties include recruiting, credentialing and scheduling anesthesia providers and nurses at client sites. Additional duties may include monitoring operations at client sites. The hire will work within a small recruiting team. Hires will have considerable responsibilities early on and must be comfortable making decisions on their own as well as working closely with the CEO and senior management. Little to no travel required. Xenon Health employees in Georgetown will be hired according to the same standards as their U.S.-based counterparts. On a day-to-day basis, they will work closely with U.S.-based Xenon Health team members as well as a variety of U.S.-based partners such as U.S. insurance companies and healthcare providers.
