·         At least 2 years’ working experience

·         Proficiency in Microsoft suite

Responsibilities

Prepare purchase orders

Contacting Suppliers for prices, availability, etc.

Prepare request for quotation

Compare prices, availability, etc. in order to better select the most potential supplier

Preparing item requisition

Preparing of work order

Posting of Stores Consumables Requisition

Any other task assigned.
