The Business Development Officer contributes to maintaining and expanding the company’s Corporate Client Portfolio to achieve financial growth. Key to this role is relationship management, both with Clients and external partners.
Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Competent in communication, customer service, problem solving and decision making.
Prospect for and acquire new Corporate Clients through relationship building, proposal delivery and sales presentations.
Conduct Corporate Client Visits, Plan reviews, data analysis and surveys.
Expedite Client requests, offer new opportunities and create avenues for value added service.
