Diagnosed and repaired Household appliances as required
Advising customers on how to use appliances correctly.
Replace Defective components
Provide customer information related to repairs
Maintaining an accurate record (written, pictures, and videos ) of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances.
Certification in the Electrical or related field
At least two (2) years experience in a similar position
Good customer service skills
Effective communication skills
Owner of a tool kit required to carry out repairs on home appliances
MUST have a driver's License and a vehicle
To troubleshoot and carry out repairs on home appliances as requested by customers, such as Refrigerator, Freezer, Washing machine, Microwave, etc.
