The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee the warranty processes, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper execution and completion of warranty items, and to mentor. Additionally, the role involves providing technical advice for enterprise opportunities, overseeing shutdown planning, and supporting maintenance efforts through the review of high-value purchase orders and maintenance reports.
Degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related discipline
Proven experience in Facilities Engineering, Operations, Maintenance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven collaboration skills to foster teamwork and enhance project success
Solid decision-making capabilities and sound business judgment in various situations
Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Provide technical oversight for reviewing, submitting, and managing warranty items to completion and sign-off.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify the scope and ensure proper execution of warranty items.
Mentor the Warranty Engineer
Offer technical guidance to stakeholders for generating and prioritizing enterprise opportunities, such as Change Orders, QnAs, and MoCs.
Represent the company as a technical stakeholder overseeing contractor work during major project/shutdown planning and execution.
Review and approve high-value purchase orders (POs) and assess monthly maintenance reports for submission to government agencies
Ad-hoc technical support as required
