As the HR Manager at Jags Aviation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).

· Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager, ideally in aviation or a similar industry.

· Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

· Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values.

· Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues to maintain a positive organizational culture.

· Oversee performance management systems, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and career development.

· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

· Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and aviation industry standards.

· Organize training and development programs to foster employee growth and enhance skills.

· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

· Assist in compensation and benefits management, working closely with leadership to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
