We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team. You will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, improve brand positioning and oversee promotional activities. As the driving force behind brand stratgey, you will also be responsible for monitoring brand performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing OR combination of relevant training and experience in the same or equivalent capacity.
2 - 5 years progressive marketing experience.
At least 2 years acquired knowledge in sales & marketing would be an asset
Driver’s License and owner of a motor vehicle
Performs market research and analysis to identify potential new business partners and innovative products and services to expand our existing product offering.
Responsible for contributing to the company's strategic objectives of revenue growth, market leadership and quality customer service through the development of an assigned portfolio.
Prepare and execute Strategic Marketing Plans and monitor progress on Brand Plans and Projects with analysis of brand and competition performance.
Review Advertising & Promotion budgets monthly for sign off.
Develop and review Sales plans with Sales Manager.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to support brands including advertising and merchandising support.

Such strategic pursuits can be noted in 2007 when the company moved from the East Bank to a larger facility at Beterverwagting, on the East Coast of Demerara.
This fundamental move saw the expansion of our warehouse and an opportunity to create an ergonomically conducive environment for our ever-growing and most valued resource, our people. Employment opportunities were catapulted resulting in the provision of over 300 jobs across Guyana.
ANSA McAL traditionally initiated local operations with five group products; these were, Carib Beer, Royal Extra Stout, Smalta, TrinChloro Bleach, and Swinger Matches. AMDI has since diversified its comprehensive portfolio with more than 3000 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) of excellent products spread across three major divisions: Food and Consumer Goods (Food, Proctor and Gamble, and Frozen foods), Beverage (Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic), and Health and Wellness.
