The Assistant/Junior Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes and ensuring the smoothing functioning of the branches. the role involves assisting with management, quality control, staff supervision and overall operational efficiency.
Experience in the food and beverage industry or a similar role
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in using management software and tools
Degree in Management or a related field is preferred but not required
Assist The Operations Manager in daily operational tasks and activities
Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations
Assist in optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Maintain quality control standards for all food and beverage products
Assist in training and supervising staff to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer feedback and assist in implementing service improvements
Perform additional duties as assigned by Operations Manager
