Description

The Online Support Assistant will be working alongside Supervisors and Managers as is necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.

  • Must be 18 years and older.

  • Must have good problem-solving skills.

  • Must have good conflict-resolution skills.

  • A keen eye for details.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus active listening skills

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to work a 24-hour shift system.

Responsibilities

  • Corresponding with customers on various communicative platforms.

  • Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer questions via phone, email, social media, and chat.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Be able to develop and document cases/ logs of customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
