As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently processing Foreign exchange and Remittance transactions.
· Passes in Mathematics and English ‘A’ and at least three (3) other subjects
· Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
· Basic Mathematics and computer skills
· Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency
· Successfully query customer and effect payment of incoming remittances to money transfer customers
· Balance cash daily and prepare Money Transfer reports in keeping with the payments made
· Attend to customers’ queries either by telephone or over the counter
· Be accountable for petty cash and floats
· Scan documents
· Assist with GPOC transactions to the Post Office
· Prepare, maintain and update Regular Customers Files
· Assist with Banking
· Prepare BOG report daily
· Any other duties assigned
· Assist in keeping the Money Transfer area clean and tidy at all times
· A teller is expected to display excellent customer service at all times and to ensure that all customer complaints are either dealt with immediately or are referred to a Senior Staff.
