Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls and maintaining filing systems.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Manage office supplies and ensure that inventory is up to date.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and record-keeping.
Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
