Description

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be a problem-solver, and have a keen sense of responsibility

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls and maintaining filing systems.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

  • Manage office supplies and ensure that inventory is up to date.

  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and record-keeping.

  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
