The Project Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of projects, managing project teams, and ensuring the delivery of milestones within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. This role acts as the central point of coordination between various project stakeholders, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project execution, preferably in an EPC or industrial environment.

  • Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and best practices.
