Two years of working experience in a HR related position
Training or basic knowledge in the QMS / HSSE field
Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, HSSE, or a related field.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
Assist with posting job vacancies on various platforms, responding to queries within four hours, and identifying potential candidates. Help schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and provide feedback to the HR Supervisor to ensure positions are filled quickly.
Keep employee files, both electronic and manual, updated and organized. Audit at least five files per week to ensure compliance with company policies and maintain easy access to important records.
Help verify payroll documents, including NIS and PAYE submissions, while ensuring accuracy in GRA forms and other payroll-related processes. Work closely with the payroll team to meet deadlines and prevent discrepancies.
Ensure all new hires have the necessary documents and tools, such as contracts, locker keys, and employee files, to start smoothly. Assist in maintaining and updating induction materials to ensure an efficient onboarding process.
Assist with preparing monthly HR reports on absenteeism, employee engagement, and other key metrics. Help coordinate the performance appraisal process and support the planning and executing employee reward and recognition programs.
Conducting QMS Audits, Corrective Actions, Effectiveness of evaluations etc.
Conducting stocktaking, packing, issuing of PPE items, assisting the QMS/HSSE Supervisor with any other duties etc.
Planning and Organizing internal and external audits for QMS.
Producing various reports and statistics required by the regulatory authorities and communicating safety notifications.
Conducting weekly and quarterly audits, producing reports on the QMS & HSSE System for Management Review.
