We are seeking highly motivated individuals who can work efficiently with minimal supervision to fill the positions of Course Coordinators. The core responsibilities of these positions are:
Plan, coordinate and monitor online courses
Provide support to students and lecturers to enhance the teaching-learning process
Integrate internal quality assurance procedures throughout the duration of courses
Provide senior management with written reports and recommendations
Administering computer-based examination
Administering BPP Courses
Mock Exams
Ø University degree in management, marketing, finance, or related discipline
Ø A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or related field
Ø Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ø Experience working with Moodle and/or Peachtree would be a distinct advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides administrative support in the continued development, implementation, and marketing of our programs.
Serves as a principal liaison between students, lectures, staff, other departments, and/or external awarding bodies.
Coordinates the activities of support staff, faculty, and/or students engaged in the implementation and administration of program objectives.
Monitors and administers all classes.
Coordinates the development of course catalogs, promotional materials, educational materials, and training manuals as appropriate to the program.
Performs or delegates clerical and administrative support tasks, including the creation, typing, and editing of program correspondence, purchasing documents, reports, program handbooks, and other publications.
May perform specialized activities of a programmatic nature in direct support of the accomplishment of program objectives and protocol.
