The Gizmos Building Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Tenant Relations Manager to join our team. As the Tenant Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our tenants have a seamless and enjoyable experience in our modern and fully-equipped office spaces. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with our tenants, addressing their needs, and facilitating a positive and productive work environment.
Bachelor's degree in business management, real estate, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in tenant relations, property management, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficiency in using office management software and tools.
Tenant Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with all tenants of The Gizmos Building Inc.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Address and resolve tenant issues promptly and professionally to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to gather feedback and assess their needs.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources for a smooth transition into their new office space.
Coordinate the offboarding process when tenants decide to vacate their office space, ensuring a seamless departure and return of building assets.
Maintenance and Services:
Collaborate with building maintenance and service providers to ensure that all office spaces are well-maintained and fully equipped.
Address maintenance requests promptly and coordinate repairs and improvements as needed.
Community Building:
Organize and manage community events and networking opportunities for tenants to foster a sense of community within The Gizmos Building Inc.
Seek tenant feedback and suggestions for improvement, and implement community-building initiatives based on their input.
Lease and Contract Management:
Assist tenants with lease-related inquiries, renewals, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, payments, and related documentation.
Communication and Documentation:
Maintain clear and organized communication with tenants through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Document tenant interactions and maintain records of tenant profiles and preferences.
