0–3 years of experience in IP systems and telecommunications, including high- and low-speed data transmission.
B.Sc. Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering; OR
Equivalent Cisco Certification (CCNA)
0–3 years in digital data transmission and computer-controlled telecommunications systems.

Review and analyze system performance; recommend improvements.
Provide field support for troubleshooting and repairs for B2B services (Data, E1, LAN/WAN, SIP, etc.) within SLA.
Respond to impairments within fixed data network and mobile IP backbone equipment in POPs.
Install new hardware/software using approved procedures.
Interface with equipment manufacturers for upgrades, analysis, and modifications.
Maintain all data equipment and mobile IP backbone equipment in POPs, including:
Keeping software baselines up to date
Ensuring physical environment meets standards
Responding to alarms and leading corrective actions
Support event WiFi deployments.
Support change-related operations for other departments (site verification, physical/SW changes).
Analyze system failures and maintain inventory of spares.
Support information reporting for other departments.
Assist in staff training and development.
Support installation and maintenance for B2B services.
Prepare weekly and monthly change/outage/performance reports.
