Seeking a motivated and professional Outreach Specialist / Sales Development Assistant to support business development efforts targeting companies in the United States.

This role focuses on proactive outreach, identifying potential business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. It is ideal for someone who is organized, confident in communication, and comfortable engaging with international professionals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in sales, outreach, lead generation, or a related role

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills

  • Experience with outbound prospecting, appointment setting, or sales support is an advantage

  • Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based professionals

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Slack, and CRM systems is beneficial

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Professional attitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective U.S.-based businesses via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels

  • Identify and connect with decision-makers such as founders, executives, and operations leaders

  • Qualify leads based on company needs and potential service fit

  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and leads using CRM or tracking tools

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication where appropriate

  • Assist with outreach campaigns and messaging improvements

  • Communicate professionally and represent the organization positively in early interactions
