We’re looking for a Retail Store Manager who loves accessories and thrives on building real customer relationships. You’ll own the day-to-day running of the store — leading and coaching the team, driving strong sales performance, maintaining exceptional visual and service standards, and ensuring every customer interaction feels personal and professional. This role blends leadership, operational discipline, and consultative selling, with responsibility for inventory, reporting, and customer care — ideal for someone who sees retail as relationship-building, not just transactions.
Previous experience in retail management (clothing or accessories preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lead a team and coordinate daily store operations
Computer literacy (POS systems, Microsoft Office)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
CXC subjects including Math & English
Living nearby or access to own transportation would be a asset but not required
Oversee daily store operations and ensure company policies are followed
Lead and support staff: scheduling, training, time sheets, and performance tracking
Provide excellent customer service and resolve product issues professionally
Manage inventory: stock counts, storeroom control, and receiving shipments
Assist with purchasing reports and seasonal product planning
Support sales on the floor during busy periods
Prepare monthly reports (sales, staff commissions, cruise-ship sales, etc.)
Assist with marketing activities, events, and promotions
