Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on a rotation basis (every other Saturday)

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

  1. Support Daily operations of the HR unit by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.

  2. Assist with the implementation and upkeep HR policies, systems, and procedures.

  3. Help coordinate recruitment activities, training sessions, and employee evaluations as directed.

  4. Support employee relations by documenting complaints and referring them to senior HR staff for resolution.

  5. Handle sensitive employee records with confidentiality and ensure accurate filing.

  6. Monitor staff attendance and dress code compliance and report any concerns to the HR supervisor.

  7. Serve as a point of contact for basic HR-related queries, offering guidance under supervision.

  8. Assisting with payroll data entry and ensuring NIS/PAYE documents are submitted on time.

  9. Preparing basic documentation for Visa applications and compliances if needed.
