The Castrol Brand Representative is responsible for ensuring that the Castrol products, services and product lines resonate with current and potential customers. The primary focus will be driving the growth of the brand within the company and targeted markets.
Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or Management studies
Proven ability to plan, organize and execute marketing activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of brand marketing to promote the Castrol brand
Competent in research, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, leadership skills and client focused mindset
Plan, develop, and direct marketing efforts for a particular brand or product.
Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign.
Manage external marketing partners (advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, and production companies) to execute cross-functional campaign strategies.
Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics (sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing, and distribution). Conduct thorough consumer research and analyze sales data to update the brand portfolio.
Supervise brand content and develop brand standards and usage guidelines to ensure consistency.
Forecast and recommend lubricant order quantities on a bi-annual basis. Liaise with shipping agencies, brokers and transportation agents to ensure product containers are cleared and delivered to the terminals.
Track all Castrol expense, identify damaged lubricants upon delivery, and prepare necessary documentation.
