The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for selling and promoting One Communications’ products and services to existing and potential customers. This role focuses on meeting established sales targets through effective outbound sales tactics, strong customer engagement, and participation in field-based sales activities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to drive results in a target-driven sales environment.
Minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects, including Mathematics and English (Grades 1–3), or an equivalent qualification.
At least two (2) years’ experience in sales, training, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in customer service is required.
Conduct outbound sales calls based on assigned leads and successfully close sales of products and services through campaign promotions.
Participate in tent sales and door-to-door sales activities across the country to generate new sales opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve or escalate issues, and recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs.
Provide accurate product information with confidence and credibility.
Refer complex inquiries to published materials, secondary sources, or senior staff as appropriate.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports and summaries on personal and campaign performance.
Provide feedback and insights on campaign effectiveness, execution, and customer response.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
