Principal Accountabilities

  1. Prepare and maintain the employee time register.

  2. Requisition detergents for the factories and bond laboratory on a monthly basis.

  3. Perform photocopying for the office and factories.

  4. Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes.

  5. Maintain filing systems.

  6. Answer telephone calls and make calls on behalf of the factories and bond department.

  7. Prepare the employees' absentee list.

  8. Fax the daily stock-on-hand report to the Local Marketing Department.

  9. Issue spare parts.

  10. Coordinate factory tours.

  11. Perform all other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Five (5) CXC subjects, including English Language, or a Diploma in Office Administration or a related field, including English Language, with 2–3 years’ experience in a secretarial position; or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior secretarial position.

  • Excellent typing skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Production Executive by managing production-related documentation, coordinating meetings, maintaining employee records, processing and distributing information, and carrying out other administrative duties as assigned.
