Cleaner

The Cleaner is expected to perform general and specialized cleaning tasks at our facilities and ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with company and client expectations.

• Prior experience in professional or commercial cleaning.

• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team across multiple job sites.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Good communication and customer service skills when dealing with clients and site contacts.

• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs/11 kg].

General Cleaning Duties:

• Clean and sanitize floors by sweeping, mopping etc.

• Dust and wipe down surfaces, workstations, fixtures, and equipment.

• Clean windows, doors, glass partitions, and mirrors using approved cleaning solutions.

• Empty waste bins and transport trash to designated disposal areas.

• Restock bathroom and kitchen supplies including soap, hand towels, tissue, and sanitizers.

Client-Specific Facility Cleaning:

• Perform scheduled cleaning at client locations, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other designated zones.

• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while working in client spaces.

• Adhere to each client’s specific cleaning protocols, access procedures, and any special instructions.

• Notify the supervisor and/or client contact of any maintenance issues, damages, or security concerns observed during cleaning.

Deep Cleaning & Specialized Tasks:

• Perform deep cleaning duties such as carpet shampooing, floor buffing, and disinfection of high-touch areas.

• Use appropriate chemicals and PPE based on client-specific cleaning requirements.

• Follow proper procedures for biohazard or spill cleanup, if applicable.
