Description

Assist the finance team with accounting tasks, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Support the preparation of financial reports and month/year-end closing activities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in accounting and finance.  

  • FIA/Diploma in Accounting and Business or similar qualification from accredited institution

  • Self-motivated with strong work ethics.

  • Accuracy and attention to details

  • Organizational and planning skills.

  • Time management communication skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Updating accounting software with transactions

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports

  • Reconciling bank accounts and other financial ledgers

  • Collecting and reviewing data for reports

  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and records

  • Assisting with monthly and year-end closing procedures
