The Administrative Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of all administrative functions, including camp management, office management, persons logistics, travel, accommodation, catering, hosting events, integration activities for special holidays, managing admin fleet and general camp operations. The role ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of services to support uninterrupted mining operations and workforce wellbeing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Logistics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in camp management, logistics, or administrative roles within mining, oil & gas, or remote site operations.
