Rudisa Motor Company is seeking a qualified and experienced After Sales & Parts Manager to oversee workshop operations, manage parts inventory and procurement, drive after-sales sales strategies, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in sales, after-sales service, or a related field
• Knowledge of vehicle sales processes, logistics, and inventory management
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Oversees parts inventory and procurement, maintaining optimal stock levels across all RMC brands.
• Develops sales and after-sales strategies to drive parts sales, service revenue, and customer retention.
• Oversees pricing and promotional initiatives, sets competitive parts and service pricing policies, and promotes targeted campaigns.
• Manages workshop operations – plans, supervises, and monitors daily service and repair activities,
• Monitors supplier and partner performance, negotiates favorable agreements,
• Analyzes operational and sales data, forecasts demand, optimizing stock levels
• Coach, train, and develop staff, building a high-performing after-sales team through training
• Resolves any customer issues effectively, and concerns regarding parts or service are addressed promptly
