Accounts Clerk

The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for assisting with the daily financial and accounting operations of the Company. The successful candidate must demonstrate accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidential financial information.

Between 20 – 30 years of Age
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years experience in Accounting or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Assist with preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and filing systems
  • Responsible for payroll support and the distribution of salary payments to security officers, ensuring proper documentation and payment acknowledgment records are maintained
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
  • Prepare and update accounts receivable and accounts payable records
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue invoices when required
  • Maintain organized financial and accounting documentation for audits and reviews
  • Support the Accounts Department with financial reports and administrative duties
  • Ensure all financial records are accurate, up to date, and properly documented
