Description
Francis Financial and Business Consultancy Service is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to support our expanding operations. The Accounts Clerk will assist in conducting interviews, preparing financial documents, and maintaining client files. The ideal candidate must demonstrate accuracy, strong time management skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Requirements
Conduct interviews with clients to gather relevant financial information and supporting documentation.
Perform data entry tasks, including scanning documents and updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
Organize and maintain client files to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Support tax filing processes and ensure compliance with Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) regulations.
Prepare VAT return and payroll processing.
Responsibilities
At least four (4) CSEC subjects, including Mathematics, English, Principles of Accounts, and Office Administration.
Competent in Microsoft Office suite or passes in EDPM.
Ability to type twenty (20) words per minute.
Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise would be an asset.
Proficient in navigating the GRA online platform.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
