Outreach Specialist - Remote

We are seeking motivated and skilled outreach professionals to join our remote team. The primary responsibility is to engage potential clients through warm outbound calls and schedule appointments for the sales or management team. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to make a strong first impression.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage clients effectively.

• Experience with CRM systems and dialing tools preferred.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Basic understanding of business, sales, or financial concepts is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support.

• Comfortable handling multiple points of contact per client.

• Ability to adapt scripts to client conversations while remaining professional.

• Conduct targeted outbound calls to potential clients using detailed contact information.

• Schedule qualified appointments for team members to follow up.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and client notes in CRM or tracking systems.

• Follow prepared scripts while personalizing conversations to engage clients effectively.

• Represent the organization professionally during all interactions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Meet daily call targets (e.g., 50–75 calls per day).

• Schedule 1–2 qualified appointments per day.

• Ensure accurate and timely CRM data entry.

• Maintain professional and knowledgeable client interactions.
