Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to senior management. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including construction-related coordination and statutory payroll obligations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

  • Experience handling PAYE and NIS processes (or strong working knowledge)

  • Exposure to construction administration or project coordination is a strong advantage

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives

  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Coordinate construction-related activities, including liaising with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel

  • Track construction timelines, documentation, and related correspondence

  • Prepare, process, and maintain records for PAYE and NIS contributions

  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements

  • Assist with payroll documentation and basic financial record-keeping

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence

  • Maintain confidential files and accurate administrative records

  • Run business-related errands and provide logistical support as required

  • Drive to meetings, sites, or offices when necessary
