The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to senior management. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including construction-related coordination and statutory payroll obligations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Experience handling PAYE and NIS processes (or strong working knowledge)
Exposure to construction administration or project coordination is a strong advantage
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate construction-related activities, including liaising with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel
Track construction timelines, documentation, and related correspondence
Prepare, process, and maintain records for PAYE and NIS contributions
Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements
Assist with payroll documentation and basic financial record-keeping
Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
Maintain confidential files and accurate administrative records
Run business-related errands and provide logistical support as required
Drive to meetings, sites, or offices when necessary
