Responsible for delivering efficient, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests, ensuring a pleasant dining and bar experience while maintaining hotel standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Certificate/diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage (preferred)
* Minimum one year experience in restaurant or bar service
* Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards
* Familiarity with POS systems
* Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
* Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations
* Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
* Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
* Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests efficiently
* Clear tables and reset for next service
* Assist in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
* Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required
* Maintain a friendly, attentive, and approachable attitude
* Anticipate guest needs to enhance satisfaction
* Prepare and present bills accurately
* Process payments (cash, card, room charge)
