Floor It is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Administrative Assistant to support both the Floor It Sales Team and our premium luxury brand, Oppein.
This is a structured, performance-driven role that plays a critical part in ensuring smooth sales operations and delivering an excellent client experience
Has 2–3 years’ experience in administration, sales support, or customer service
Is highly organized and works well under deadlines
Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is confident using systems (Excel, email, CRM/Odoo)
Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Scheduling and coordinating deliveries in the system
Calling clients to confirm deliveries and appointments
Managing and updating the sales calendar accurately
Conducting follow-up survey calls and documenting feedback
Uploading contracts and project documents correctly and on time
Supporting coordination between Sales, Warehouse, and Projects teams
Ensuring showroom operations reflect professionalism and seamless coordination
Accuracy is critical in this role. Errors in scheduling or documentation directly impact client experience.
