Provide efficient and accurate administrative support for the registration and processing of motorbikes, ensuring all documentation, records, and registration data are properly maintained and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
At least five (5) CXC O Levels subjects, Grades 1-3; inclusive of Mathematics and English Language.
Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Proficient in Excel, Word
Organized, reliable and able to work to deadlines
• Accurately process and log motorbike registrations within established timelines.
• Verify supporting documentation, identification, and registration records for completeness, accuracy, and validity.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize both physical and electronic registration files.
• Communicate with customers and branches regarding outstanding documentation and registration requirements.
• Raise requisition orders for motorbikes based on approved registrations.
• Maintain the motorbike registration database and ensure the integrity and accuracy of all records.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on registration volumes, pending applications, exceptions, and processing errors.
• Update registration records to reflect ownership transfers, registration numbers, status changes, and other relevant amendments.
• Liaise with dealers, customers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate registration processes and resolve related matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address registration issues, discrepancies, and delays.
• Provide timely and professional support to customers and branches via telephone and email regarding registration-related queries.
• Ensure all registration activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer, company, and registration information.
• Perform any other duties reasonably assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
