As the System Administrator, you bring value to GK+B Industries by assisting in the design, implementation, and administration of GK+B’s IT environment and contributes to the improvement of organizational processes.
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in IT
Experience: Minimum 3 years of IT experience
Seeks to support GK+B’s mission and vision in daily operations
Interacts courteously and professionally with all employees, customers, and outside vendors
Contributes to the development of the department’s long-term planning and meets assigned IT team target
dates and budget goals
Helps to ensure that department quality, service, and productivity standards are met
Seeks out user feedback for system improvements and enhancements
Provides advanced IT support to users at all levels of the company
Assists in the design and deployment of IT solutions
Maintains and aids in the creation of documentation of the IT environment and IT procedures
Attends in-house and external training as directed by the department to improve skills and expand capabilities
Follow the requirements of GK+B’s safety program
Other duties as assigned
