The main responsibility of this role is to act as a communication bridge between Chinese management and local employees, assist in managing local staff, and help maintain smooth workplace operations.

Assist in communicating company policies and requirements to local staff.

Help resolve basic workplace issues and maintain good employee relations.

Staff Management Support

Assist in managing local employees’ attendance and daily work arrangements.

Support supervisors in coordinating workforce needs

Help ensure employees follow company policies and site regulations.

Payroll Preparation

Prepare payroll sheets for local employees based on attendance records.

Organize payroll information and submit it to the accounting firm for processing.

Ensure payroll data is accurate and submitted on time.

Administrative Support

Maintain basic employee records and documents.

Assist with recruitment and onboarding of local staff when required.

Provide general administrative and coordination support.
