We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with statutory submissions, government agency transactions, document management, payroll support, and general office administration.
Minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English.
Basic knowledge of payroll processing and statutory deductions.
Familiarity with GRA and NIS procedures would be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Perform payments and transactions at government agencies including the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) and National Insurance Scheme (NIS).
Prepare and submit statutory returns and documentation to GRA and NIS.
Conduct submissions and follow-up matters at the Commercial Registry, banks, government agencies, and other institutions as required.
Assist with filing, scanning, indexing, and uploading documents to the company's shared drive and electronic filing systems.
Maintain organized physical and electronic records.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related administrative duties.
Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports as required.
Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
