The Sales & Admin Assistant provides friendly, professional support to customers while assisting the sales team with inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
Must be Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese)
Must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in Sales

Job Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer service, both in person and over the phone.
Assist the sales team with handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.
Maintain accurate records of sales and administrative activities.
Perform basic computer tasks such as data entry, email communication, and document preparation.
Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales and administration.
Proactively identify opportunities to assist customers and improve service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.
