OnSite HSE (Health, Safety, & Environment) Representative

BK International Inc. is seeking a qualified and experienced Onsite HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Representative to ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, monitoring site activities, and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations and site locations.

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience as an HSE Officer/Representative

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

• Valid HSE-related certifications (e.g., OSHA, or equivalent) are an advantage

• Strong knowledge of HSE laws, standards, and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and assertively on-site

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions

• On-site work environment

• May involve exposure to construction or industrial settings

• Willingness to work extended hours if required by project needs

• Enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and standards on-site

• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits

• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions

• Ensure compliance with local and national HSE laws and regulations

• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports

• Monitor proper use of PPE and safe work practices

• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and contractors on HSE matters

• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records

• Promote continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental performance

• Perform other HSE-related tasks and any other duties as may be assigned by management
