A warehouse clerk is responsible for processing ordered goods while maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing orders and delivering stock to customers.

- Safety and Maintenance: Maintain industry-standard safety levels. Operate forklifts safely (license held) and ensure all pallets are securely stacked and labeled.
- Quality Control: Implement the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to ensure product quality. Sort materials by size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Inventory Integrity: Store damaged or defective products (vouchers, SIMs, seed stock, and DOA handsets) separately with clear identification.
- General Support: Assist other departments as required and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
