Handyman/Cleaner

Caribbean International Distributors Inc. is seeking a dynamic, reliable and hardworking Handyman/Cleaner to maintain and improve the appearance, functionality, and cleanliness of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail in keeping spaces clean, safe, and in good working order.

·       High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

·       Previous experience in general maintenance and cleaning roles.

·       Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems is a plus.

·       Good physical condition; able to perform physically demanding tasks.

·       Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

·       Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.

·       Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance requests when needed.

Maintenance Duties:

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the yard and compound

• Dispose of written-off goods in accordance with company procedures

• Manage and dispose of trash and waste materials properly

• Perform power washing of buildings, equipment, and surrounding areas

• Carry out complete weeding and general upkeep of the compound

• Conduct bond cleaning and maintain storage areas

• Provide support with other maintenance and operational duties as required

• Report major repairs or issues to management.
