The Sales Representative is responsible for engaging customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and guiding them through the buying process. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, goal-driven, and have excellent customer service skills.
• 5 CXC subjects, (English & Math’s)
• Prior experience in sales (auto sales preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
• Basic understanding of financing and vehicle features.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and explain key features.
• Prepare and process sales paperwork and contracts.
• Follow up with prospects and previous customers to maintain relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
