Senior Housekeeper

Crown Hotel Guyana is seeking an experienced and highly organized Head Housekeeper to assist in the overall management of our housekeeping department and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to manage staff and maintain high standards

Knowledge of inventory and stock control

Must be 25 years or older

Must be legally eligible to work in Guyana

Oversee all housekeeping operations and daily room inspections

Assist with the supervision and management of housekeeping staff

Ensure proper management of linens and laundry operations according to industry standards

Monitor and control housekeeping inventory and stock supplies

Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas

Assist with the training and scheduleling of housekeeping team members

Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
