Leader Guyana is seeking a creative, proactive, and community-driven Part‑Time Marketing Coordinator to support and strengthen our marketing operations in Guyana. This role suits someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, excited about the growth of the Oil and Gas sector in Guyana, and eager to build a long-term career in this fast-evolving industry.

Previous experience in a similar capacity with verifiable portfolio of work / projects completed.
A strong creative eye and passion for producing visually appealing content.
Basic design ability with a willingness to upskill (Canva, Photoshop etc.)
Skill in capturing high-quality photo and video content.
Strong interest in AI, new technology, and digital tools.
A deep understanding Guyanese culture, milestones and holidays.
A genuine enthusiasm for the Oil and Gas sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
Experience with social media management or SEO.
Creative Content Production
Generate original, creative content ideas aligned with Leader Guyana’s vision and brand.
Capture high-quality photos and videos suitable for campaigns, social media, and community-focused storytelling.
Support the creation of visual assets such as graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
Incorporate the use of AI and other tools to accelerate content generation.
Create and maintain a repository of visual, audio and design assets for future use.
Design and Technical Capability
Apply basic design principles using tools such as Photoshop or similar software. Experience is preferred.
Assist in producing visually consistent content in line with Leader brand guidelines in collaboration with the Marketing Lead.
Marketing Planning and Organization
Maintain a forward-looking content calendar with a planning horizon of at least four weeks.
Support execution of multi-channel marketing activities including blogs, social media, email content, and community features.
Maintain strong organizational discipline to meet deadlines and drive marketing momentum.
Community, Social Impact, and Partnerships
Liaise with the administrative body of schools, universities and community groups to encourage talent development and social contribution.
Coordinate collaborative sessions between interested entities and Leader to organize workshops, knowledge transfer seminars etc.
Help spotlight stories that celebrate Guyanese culture, achievements, and shared values.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Build strong working relationships across operations, recruitment, immigration support, and leadership teams.
Collect updates, stories, and wins from across the business for content use.
Promote team successes and internal collaboration.
