Description
A Game Arcade Attendant is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for customers. The attendant assists guests with arcade games, handles customer service, maintains cleanliness, monitors equipment, and supports daily arcade operations
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, entertainment, or hospitality.
Experience handling cash registers or POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain game rules and assist customers with operating machines and attractions.
Monitor arcade games and report technical issues or malfunctions.
Keep the arcade clean and organised at all times.
Refill ticket dispensers, prizes, and game supplies as needed.
Handle customer complaints.
Monitor children and ensure safety rules are followed.
Support cashier operations, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
Help close and secure the arcade at the end of the day.
Maintain proper housekeeping standards around all equipment and counters.
