Deck Foreman

The Deck Foreman is responsible for supervising deck crew operations on offshore platforms, vessels, or rigs. They ensure safe and efficient handling of deck activities, including cargo operations, lifting, rigging, and maintenance, while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

·       Must possess a valid IRATA Certification (IRATA Level 3 or 4).

·       Minimum 7 years’ experience

·       Offshore experience a must and worked on FPSO.

·       Physically fit and free from any disability that might prevent them from working safely at height

·       Supervises deck operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling of cargo, equipment, and crew activities.

·       Oversee daily deck operations and crew assignments

·       Coordinate loading, unloading, and securing of cargo

·       Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

·       Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings

·       Report operational issues to management
