Description

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining an accurate record of stocks, reconciling any discrepancies, and notifying supervisor of any irregularities.

Requirements

·       Five (5) CXC Subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English A

·       Certification in Warehouse/ Inventory Management will be an asset

·       One (1) year experience in a similar role will be an asset

·       Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds

·       Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

·       Monitor and reconcile stock discrepancies as scheduled in a timely manner.

·       Assist with stock audits at all locations.

·       Coordinate stock counts as requested by the Inventory Manager.

·       Ensure the transfer of materials needed by assembly lines at your assigned location.

·       Assist in receiving stock shipments/transfers and accurate binning of stock.

·       Ensure accurate capture of data in the warehouse management system software in both receiving and issuing.

·       Perform any other job duties as required by the job function.
